Senior AV​/VTC Specialist

TES Consultants is seeking a Senior AV/VTC Specialist to lead audiovisual and video teleconferencing support for a federal agency client in the National Capital Region. The role is the senior technical authority for the agency's conference room, executive briefing, and event technology, and serves as the day-to-day point of contact to the government's Contracting Officer's Representative for AV and VTC service delivery.

You will operate the centralized AV/VTC service desk — receiving, tracking, and resolving every AV and VTC request from across the agency — and lead support for executive meetings, town halls, hearings, training sessions, and webcasts. The environment spans headquarters conference rooms and a nationwide field office footprint, with Cisco and Poly room platforms and Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex, and Poly Real Presence in concurrent use.

The performance standard is concrete: at least 90 percent of incoming AV/VTC requests resolved without escalation, measured monthly, with any issue unresolved after 24 hours entering a formal escalation process. This position is designated Key Personnel.
