Don't have luxury or dedicated SLA - shared more than 3 teams - as a solutions architect for green filed solution, technical stack moderation, business process re imagination - not specific initiative.
Architect w hands on solution experience
-provide solution for business problems.
Have to put a pen on paper to explain architecture pricines, processes, write architecture design rationally - why they make decisions about architecture.
Example :
Rest api / File exchange
-Why they picked and what made it to pick among them and need to explain.

Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required;
Advanced degree preferred - 10+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture and Business Application development
- Extensive experience in Solution Architecture patterns such as micro-front ends, microservices, 12 factor applications etc.
- 5+ years of relevant task management experience
- Hands-on and architectural experience with modern Cloud Native architectures is required, as well as, demonstrable record of leading architects through organizational transformations
- 3+ years of relevant large-scale enterprise transformation experience as relates to architecture preferred
- Experience in Generative AI, demonstrable record of applicability of AI/ML to solve business problems.
- Prior experience in the primary or secondary mortgage industry is desirable
- Deep knowledge of various enterprise level Platforms widely used in the industry preferred
