We are seeking a Cloud Architect to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) business Unit. As part of (SES) Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, it systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high‑growth markets.

• Architect and design hybrid cloud solutions integrating on‑prem infrastructure with public cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Define cloud architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks
• Lead design and implementation of:
• Virtual networks and connectivity (VPN, Express Route, Direct Connect)
• Identity and access management (IAM, Azure AD, SSO)
• Storage, compute, and container‑based solutions
• Oversee migration strategies from on‑prem systems to hybrid/cloud environments
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Optimize workloads for cost, scalability, and performance
• Collaborate with Dev Ops teams to enable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC)
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend strategic adoption
• May act as a subject matter expert, requiring formal and independent learning and the ability to translate this expertise into recommendations in specific circumstances.
• Communicates orally with customers and groups on technical security related issues.
• Writes reports to document mission events, research findings, procedures, and other technical security related issues.
