Our Enterprise & Cloud Applications team is comprised of functional and technical experts in the areas of Salesforce, Net Suite, and One Stream. We tackle the challenges that come with implementing, optimizing, and maintaining cloud investments. Whether implementing a cloud solution or enhancing and extending an existing cloud environment, we help organizations get the most out of technology investments, including New System and Module Implementations, System Integrations, Upgrade Assessments, Application Upgrades, and Business Process Optimization.

This role owns discovery, solution design, and client relationship management for Sales and Service Cloud implementations, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

The

Work:

Lead client discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions for Sales and Service Cloud engagements.
Design end-to-end functional solutions, including process flows, data models, and configuration specifications.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Partner with technical teams to ensure solutions are delivered according to design and best practice.
Present recommendations, project status, and solution walkthroughs to client executives and business owners.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and additional Salesforce capability adoption.
Mentor Business Analysts and junior consultants on functional best practices.

Here's What You Need:

4+ years of Salesforce consulting experience, with a focus on Sales and/or Service Cloud
Minimum of 3 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations in a lead functional role.
Professional services experience.
Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Sales Consultant and/or Agentforce Service Consultant - formerly Sales Cloud Consultant / Service Cloud Consultant (at least one required; both strongly preferred)
Deep functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud data models, processes, and configuration.
