Hilton Supply Management (HSM) Digital Solutions is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and results-driven professional to join its growing Digital Solutions organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting a dynamic portfolio of digital and transformation initiatives, helping the team evolve toward a more agile, collaborative, and outcome-focused way of working. You will focus on advancing key HSM priorities, including Incentive Management, supplier platforms, data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions, while bringing structure, coordination, and visibility to complex projects.

Partnering closely with business, product, technology, and external delivery teams, you will help translate strategy into coordinated action and support HSM's evolving strategic agenda by establishing consistent agile practices and driving innovative digital solutions to life.

• Coordinate day-to-day activities across multiple digital and transformation initiatives, ensuring projects remain organized, aligned, and on track
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, action items, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Facilitate project meetings, stand-ups, working sessions, and stakeholder discussions
• Identify potential risks, interdependencies, assumptions, roadblocks, and dependencies and escalated them appropriately
• Support communication updates, steering committees, and cross-functional decision forums to drive alignment, accountability, and timely resolution of issues
• Partner across business, product, technology, data, analytics, vendors, and system integrators to align scope, sequencing, priorities, timelines, delivery expectations, and delivery activities
• Create and maintain accurate, current, and audit-ready program documentation to ensure transparency
• Contribute to PMO maturity, delivery standards, governance consistency, and continuous improvement across the Digital Solutions organization

• Extensive experience with Jira or Azure Dev Ops
• Strong proficiency in Agile governance, portfolio reporting, dependency management, risk management, and delivery frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, work streams, or initiatives simultaneously
• Proven ability to influence and align business and technical stakeholders in complex, fast-paced environments
• Strong written, verbal, and executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with data platforms, analytics, AI, or cloud initiatives is a plus
• Background in Business Analysis, with an ability to understand business needs, improve processes, and connect people, technology, and business outcomes is a strong plus
• Experience working with third-party vendors, global system integrators, or hybrid delivery models is preferred

• 3+ years of project or program management experience in digital or technology initiatives
• Demonstrated experience leading delivery across the full project lifecycle, including planning, requirements, build, testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities
• Experience working with third-party vendors, global system integrators, or hybrid delivery models is preferred

• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certification is preferred
