- Translate technical documentation from Ukrainian to English.
- Assignments involving oral interpretation on various topics.
- Ability and willingness to go on work trips lasting once month or longer, several times per year, to include austere and high-risk locations.
- Interpretation may include individual meetings or conference-type settings.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly.
- Ability to pass an English grammar test.
- Working proficiency in Ukrainian.
- Ability to pass a translation test from the source language into English with a minimum of 3 on the Interagency Language Roundtable (ILR) Scale. (Higher scores qualify for higher rates.)
- Ability to pass a medical clearance for travel to any area.
- Prior experience and/or training in consecutive interpretation.
