* 10+ years of experience as an attorney in a law firm environment, at a government agency, as a military judge advocate, or as in-house counsel
* 5+ years experience providing legal advice to marketing and brand teams
* 3+ years experience in the payments industry
* Experience with international marketing laws and regulations
