• Analyze and research sophisticated legal issues across complex commercial disputes
• Draft and edit briefs for state and federal court motions, including dispositive motions
• Support and participate in trials, evidentiary hearings, and key court appearances
• Take and defend depositions, including witness preparation and exhibit strategy
• Assist with overall case strategy, including early case assessments and litigation planning
• Help manage discovery, including written discovery planning and document strategy
• Work closely with partners and senior litigators while owning discrete work streams
• Coordinate deadlines and deliver high‑quality work product under pressure
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to drive case milestones forward

• 3–4 years of commercial litigation experience
• Experience drafting or supporting motions to dismiss and summary judgment briefing
• Experience with class certification issues (briefing or analysis) strongly valued
• Trial and deposition experience preferred (taking/defending depositions is a plus)
• Strong legal research, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a detail‑oriented approach
• JD degree from an accredited law school
• Ability to manage multiple matters and prioritize effectively
