As a Supplier Management Analyst, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. You'll work on the Global Procurement Applications team and report to the Senior Manager of Supplier Management.

As a Supplier Management Analyst, you will support the team in partnering with all our brands and helping influence and guide programs with unique and distinctive products and services. You'll work on the Global Procurement Applications team and report to the Senior Manager of Supplier Management.

• Administer Hilton's Supplier Management processes on the Smart Spend (Coupa) platform including supplier enablement, catalogs, and risk.
• Promote process compliance with internal team members and suppliers to complete supplier tasks.
• Provide system support and training to system users.
• Work with Hilton's internal and external partners to review process improvements and to ensure department goals are met.

• Internal Hilton partners such as category managers, spenders, and accounting.
• External partners such as suppliers and hotel team members.

• Manage supplier processes including reviewing and approving supplier forms, supplier catalogs, and supplier risk.
• Respond to user questions related to supplier management, catalog management, and supplier risk.

• Two (2) years of professional working experience
• One (1) year working in Procurement or Accounting
• Experience using Coupa (or similar procurement software)
• Hybrid schedule from McLean, VA or Memphis, TN

• BA/BS Degree or higher in Supply Chain, Accounting, Procurement or related field
• Five (5) years of professional working experience
• Three (3) years of working in Procurement or Accounting
• Certifications in Procurement or Accounting
