Vinson Hall Retirement Community (VHRC), a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community, located in McLean, VA, is currently seeking an energetic team player to join our team as a Maintenance Tech I. This position performs maintenance services for the community, our residents and staff and surrounding grounds. If caring for older adults is your passion, we are looking for YOU!

Compensation: $20.92 - $24.85 per hour with a $1,500 sign-on bonus

• Perform maintenance services for the community, residents, staff and surrounding grounds.

• Minimum of two years  experience in the building and construction fields preferred.
• HVAC, electrical, painting and plumbing experience preferred.
• Plumbing and electrical license required when performing such tasks.
• Painting experience required.
