This position plays a vital role in maintaining clean, organized, and safe common areas and facilities for our residents, staff, and visitors. • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or custodial work is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, cleaning equipment, and safety procedures.

• Keep outdoor areas clean and tidy.
• Pick up trash and empty outdoor bins.
• Sweep sidewalks, walkways, and parking areas.
• Help with basic landscaping like mowing, trimming, and watering plants.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues.
• Assist with moving items or setting up for events when needed.
• Follow safety rules and use cleaning tools properly.
