Position Objective

Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high security and commercial facilities, is looking for Full-Time and Part-Time employees to perform cleaning and maintenance services for our clients throughout Northern Virginia.

• Disinfecting and sanitizing common areas and high-touch points
• High and low dusting, scrubbing, and polishing
• Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Restocking supplies and inventory
• Emptying and disposing of trash and recycling bins
• Vacuuming, mopping, dust mopping, sweeping, and scrubbing floors
• Cleaning and polishing furniture, fixtures, and elevators
• Cleaning windows, glass partitions, and mirrors

Physical demands may include the following on a regular basis:

• Walking and standing
• Climbing
• Bending forward
• Wearing hip/backpack vacuum
• Reaching, grasping, pushing, and pulling
• Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, sometimes over the shoulder

• An active Top Secret Security Clearance or Higher - REQUIRED
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours.
