Senior Manager, Enterprise Facilitation

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Learning Facilitation is a strategic leader responsible for leading and developing a team of learning facilitators and people leaders to deliver engaging and high-impact learning experiences across the entire company. This leader is ultimately accountable for the quality and effectiveness of learning facilitation across the enterprise.

An Expert Facilitation Practitioner:
Has a deep understanding of learning and coaching principles and frameworks and what it takes to deliver high quality, transformational learning experiences in an efficient and well managed way  have experience with multi-modal facilitation (in-person, virtual).
* Exceptional leadership and management of a team of learning facilitators and people leaders.
* Ability to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for learning delivery.
* Strong partnership with senior leaders to understand business needs and translate them into effective learning solutions.
* The ability to adjust delivery seamlessly based on learner engagement and needs, ensuring a balance between interactive and instructional techniques.
* Demonstrated history of defining and implementing robust evaluation models and data analytics to measure the impact of all learning products.
* Ability to manage ambiguity, lead through change, and deliver in a matrixed environment.
* Proactively share recommendations and collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging needs and gaps based on data insights.
* High level of initiative, ownership, and a customer-centric mindset.
* Ability and willingness to travel domestically (~30% of the time).
* Bachelor’s Degree
* At least 5 years of experience in learning facilitation
* At least 5 years of experience in project management, program management or a combination (planning, executing, tracking, reporting)
* At least 5 years of experience with client consulting
* At least 3 years of experience in people leadership with 3 or more direct reports
* Advanced degree in Communications, Learning and Development, or Organizational Design/Effectiveness
* At least 8 years of experience in learning facilitation
* At least 8 years of experience in project management, program management or a combination (planning, executing, tracking, reporting)
* At least 8 years of experience with client consulting
* At least 5 years of experience in people leadership including as a leader of leaders
