24 is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to join our team. The Vice President of Strategy is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, guiding, and executing BLN’s long term strategic vision. This executive partners closely with the President and executive leadership team to identify growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, support business development, and ensure alignment between corporate strategy and operational execution.

The VP of Strategy translates market intelligence, organizational capabilities, and financial objectives into actionable plans that enhance BLN’s competitive position and long term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy Development & Execution

  • Lead the development of BLN’s corporate and business‑unit strategies aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Define strategic priorities, initiatives, and roadmaps to support growth, diversification, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with executive leadership to ensure strategy is integrated into annual planning and performance management processes.
  • Monitor execution of strategic initiatives and report progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.

Market & Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and emerging opportunities.
  • Identify new markets, service offerings, partnerships, or expansion opportunities consistent with BLN’s capabilities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership regarding industry shifts and strategic implications.

Growth & Corporate Development

  • Support organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including new service launches, joint ventures, partnerships, or mergers and acquisitions, as applicable.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Operations, Finance, and HR to assess feasibility, risks, and value creation of growth initiatives.
  • Assist in due diligence, integration planning, and post‑initiative performance evaluation.

Cross‑Functional Leadership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and senior leaders on strategic decision‑making.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to ensure consistency and alignment across departments.
  • Lead or sponsor enterprise‑wide initiatives that require coordination across multiple teams.

Performance Measurement & Governance

  • Develop strategic KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure effectiveness of strategic initiatives.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure accountability, transparency, and timely decision‑making.
  • Prepare and present strategic updates, analyses, and recommendations to executive leadership and, when applicable, the Board.

People & Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and lead strategy or business planning staff, as applicable.
  • Promote a culture of data‑driven decision‑making, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Model BLN leadership values and ethical standards.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 10 years of progressive experience in strategy, management consulting, corporate development, or senior operational leadership.
  • Demonstrated success developing and executing enterprise‑level strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial acumen.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑level presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in professional services, government contracting, or regulated industries.
  • Exposure to mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, or large‑scale transformation initiatives.
  • Experience working directly with C‑suite executives and boards.
