Client Service Executive - Commercial Lines

Overview

At Gallagher, we’re looking for an experienced Client Service Executive to join our Commercial team. In this executive level role, you’ll oversee a significant book of business, collaborate with clients and colleagues, and deliver tailored insurance solutions. You’ll play a key role in building strong relationships, mentoring team members, and driving business growth.

• Manage and service a book of business valued at $1MM+ in revenue, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with designated Producers to make proactive strategic and tailored recommendations while overseeing the renewal process.
• Secure existing business and drive the sale of additional services and lines of coverage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client and carrier partners, ensuring trust and long‑term partnerships.
• Provide strategic guidance to your team in addressing client risk management needs through consultative conversations and innovative strategies.
• Mentor team members by delegating tasks, providing transparent feedback, encouraging continuous learning, and fostering professional development.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee the accuracy and management of client and policy data using Gallagher’s systems.
• Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance productivity, streamline processes, and deliver quality results.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and meet client expectations.

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience OR high school diploma/GED and 8 years related experience. License required.

Preferred:
Professional designation such as CPCU, CIC or ARM. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
