Director, Client Support
As the Director of Client Support, you will serve as a strategic "leader of leaders," driving operational excellence and high-touch service for our Enterprise Partner Support organization. In this senior executive role, you will champion a client-facing team that navigates our matrixed business model to support enterprise participants. You will empower and guide a management team dedicated to seamless onboarding, continuous product enablement, and world‑class relationship management for our most strategic global partners.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a core member of the United States & Canadian Markets Operations Leadership Team
- Lead the Enablement Partner Support team and provide operational support for Discover network participants including issuers, acquirers and processors
- Deliver operational readiness, improve our operating model and enhance partner support
- Establish and sustain a well managed operating environment and deliver impactful results
- At least 8 years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries
- At least 5 years of people leadership and performance management experience
- Experience working within a major payment network
- 10+ years of experience in client support, account management or relationship management within the payments, fintech or financial services industries
- 7+ years of people leadership and performance management experience

Compensation:
McLean, VA: $206,000 - $235,100 for Director Client Support
Chicago, IL: $187,300 - $213,700 for Director Client Support
Riverwoods, IL: $187,300 - $213,700 for Director Client Support
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
