Branch Manager- McLean

We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our branch office in McLean, VA.

You will be joining a dynamic team focused on providing credit union members with an unparalleled customer service experience. As the Branch Manager you will manage a full-service branch office, ensure that established policies and procedures are followed, delegate day‑to‑day operations to branch staff as appropriate, and coach and develop the team.

• Train, develop, and hire a motivated and professional team capable of providing efficient and effective branch services.
• Proactively develop a department culture where employees seek opportunities to cross‑sell products and services for the betterment of members.
• Provide all members with professional support, accurate information, and friendly service.
• Conduct regular business development and generate new business to meet established sales goals.

• Three to five years of progressive experience leading and managing a full‑service branch.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve internal and external inquiries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for contributing to the credit union’s success.
• Leadership and coaching skills.

$73,927 – $80,000 annually depending on experience and qualifications.
