Service Level Manager
On our team, you will play a critical role in planning, monitoring, and controlling all management and technical activities to deliver the overall program and individual projects on schedule, on budget, and with the highest quality. As a Service Level Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the metrics gathering process for the program and using the metrics to ensure service delivery meets customer performance requirements.
YouHave
- 8+ years of experience evaluating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and how best to measure those requirements against stated service specification goals
- 5+ years of experience in Service Level management
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise operations management
- 3+ years of experience in vendor or third‑party service management
- 3+ years of experience automating measurement and reporting of performance metrics
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to work across task areas to achieve mission success
- Possession of excellent leadership and team management skills
- Possession of excellent customer or cross‑functional stakeholder management skills, including a service mindset
- PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $ (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
