Sr. Manager, Project Manager - Global Payment Network Product Solutions

As a Senior Manager within the Product Solutions team, you will be responsible for managing pieces of the Prioritization, Intake and Triage process within the Product Development Life Cycle. You will help drive strategy and ensure the organization is focused on high‑priority intents for the company. In this governance role, you will support our product, technology and risk management teams coordinating well‑managed deliveries across multiple functions and business schemes.

This associate will also be responsible for building and maintaining working relationships with the lines of business, key Product, Tech and Portfolio associates within NPP.

• Manage intake and prioritization coming from the Enterprise requiring horizontal support from Network Products and Platform teams; coordinate across job disciplines to move intent through the pipeline.
• Maintain a governance model to manage the portfolio and facilitate prioritization of the most critical initiatives, managing stakeholder community expectations.
• Leverage problem‑solving and influencing skills to ensure the intake process supports business and delivery needs while ensuring intent is well defined and solutioned prior to team execution.
• Collaborate with all levels of the organization to monitor and manage the prioritized items, plan contingencies, facilitate scope changes, and govern resource expenditure.
• Own and manage the enablement of the prioritization, intake and triage mechanism.
• Build and maintain high‑trust relationships with partner teams across the Enterprise to keep abreast of current and upcoming strategies and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Expose to influencing senior‑level executives.
• Lead and coach a team of project managers.

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 6 years of Project Management experience OR 6 years of Program Management experience.
• At least 3 years of People Management experience.

• Master’s or MBA degree.
• 7+ years of Project Management experience or Program Management experience.
• 2+ years of Product Management experience.
• 5+ years of People Management experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

The minimum and maximum full‑time annual salaries for this role by location are:
Chicago, IL: $161,500 - $184,300;
McLean, VA: $177,700 - $202,800;
New York, NY: $193,800 - $221,200;
Richmond, VA: $161,500 - $184,300;
Riverwoods, IL: $161,500 - $184,300.
