Sr. Director, Chief of Staff
The ideal candidate will have an exceptional track record of building strong business partnerships, demonstrated success in critical thinking and problem solving, experience with complex analysis, and ability to balance critical priorities across a wide range of responsibilities. The Chief of Staff should have experience in developing executive‑ready presentations and telling a compelling story through data.
The Successful Candidate Will:- In partnership with key stakeholders, lead the development and implementation of short and long term strategic programs for the organization
- Deeply understand prioritization and delivery roadmap, helping to identify cross‑tower dependencies to proactively manage impediments
- Work to influence matrixed stakeholder teams to move the organization forward in a well‑integrated manner
- Lead the effort to drive organizational processes that enable success
- Partner with communications resources to enhance our organizational brand, highlighting the impact of our strategic initiatives
- As new projects arise, work with leadership to determine feasibility, project and implementation plan
- Champion unpopular ideas, even with more senior leaders
- Able to get up to speed quickly on key topics and navigate the organization
- Drive organizational change and operational excellence
- Serve as a trusted advisor with stakeholders and leaders across the enterprise
- Regularly use strong business judgment, influencing skills, leadership and integrity
- Inspire an organization of open‑exchange and collaboration
- Leverage strong facilitation, negotiation and mediation skills
- Employ both meticulous organizational skills and follow‑through
- Work with little direction on complicated, sensitive assignments
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 9 years of experience in Project Management, Process Management, or Program Management
- At least 7 years of people management experience
- 5+ years of experience in strategy development
- 5+ years of experience in budgeting and labor strategy
- 6+ years of experience driving organizational change and operational excellence
- 3+ years of experience partnering with engineering and product teams

Compensation and BenefitsMcLean, VA: $269,600 - $307,700
San Francisco, CA: $294,100 - $335,700
This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
