Cyber Project Manager, Principal Associate

Capital One is seeking an experienced Principal Associate, Project Management to lead the development and delivery of key solutions in a cloud‑first technology environment. As a member of the Cyber Execution and Transformation (CET) team, the associate will oversee the success of enterprise‑level cyber‑owned programs, reporting, cross‑team coordination, and partnering closely with engineering teams to enable successful delivery.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
• 5+ years experience in Program Management
• 2+ years of leadership experience in project or program management
• 2+ years of experience working within technology
• 2+ years experience leading in a cyber‑focused organization
• Corporate management consulting experience
• Financial Services industry experience
• Experience with Jira and Confluence, Google Suite
• Upscaled proficiency in Project Management (PMP), Program Management (PgMP), Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification
