Senior Business Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Business Manager to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross‑functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location:

Mclean, VA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $200,700 – $229,100 annually

• Develop business strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Coach and mentor team members to develop talent
• Create and implement product and pricing strategies
• Lead marketing efforts for product strategy and targeted insights
• Manage execution of business intent and product strategy
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve service and profitability
• Utilize analytics for strategic decision making and problem solving

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• 3 years of quantitative analysis experience
• 3 years of qualitative analysis experience
• 1 year of people management experience
• 1 year of project management experience
• Master's Degree preferred in Business or quantitative field
• 5+ years in quantitative and qualitative analysis preferred
