The Senior Executive Director (Sr. ED) leads all aspects of community operations, driving financial performance, team engagement, resident well‑being and regulatory compliance. What You’ll Do- Provide full operational oversight including financial management, staffing, quality and compliance
- Lead sales and marketing strategy to maximize occupancy, revenue and market position
- Assess community needs quickly and implement performance improvement plans
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, referral sources and regional partners
- Coach and develop Directors of Sales and leadership teams to achieve KPIs
- Manage budgets, control expenses and oversee collections
- Drive regulatory compliance, survey readiness and risk management
- Champion resident engagement, family communication and team member experience
