Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Director of Development to manage the full lifecycle of new senior living communities and major capital projects in the McLean, VA area. You will drive site selection, due diligence, market analyses, and financial structuring to align projects with Sunrise’s strategic growth objectives.
You will oversee budgets, debt/equity financing, and closings, coordinate with architects and consultants, and monitor performance through to stabilization and lease-up.
