We're currently seeking a Senior Director of Content Design to lead our content discipline for the Consumer and Developer Experience Design team, which is part of the Experience Design organization.

In this role, you will define the overarching content vision and strategy for a critical product portfolio, architecting end-to-end experiences that shape the long-term growth and competitive advantage of Capital One. You are a visionary leader who doesn't just align with business objectives, but actively drives them by positioning content design as a core business lever. Operating as a strategic partner to executive Product, Tech, and Design leadership, you will scale the maturity, infrastructure, and operational excellence of the content design discipline across the organization.

As a Senior Director of Content Design on the Consumer and Developer Experience Design team, you'll lead a talented team of content designers and leaders and collaborate deeply with our product design and research teams. You'll be responsible for identifying and advocating for high-leverage opportunities with executive stakeholders and leading high-impact, highly complex design projects that set the bar for and drive experience excellence and business outcomes.
