Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
* Coordinate multiple business and technology initiatives, ensuring projects stay on track and stakeholders remain aligned.
* Develop and maintain project plans while tracking milestones, risks, dependencies, and action items.
* Partner with business leaders, product owners, technology teams, and vendors to drive execution and remove roadblocks.
* Monitor progress, communicate project status, and ensure successful delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
* Help deliver measurable business outcomes through disciplined project execution and continuous process improvement
Qualifications of the Project Manager:
* 2-5 years of project coordination, Scrum Master, PMO, or project management experience.
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
* Naturally curious with a passion for learning and solving problems.
* A self-starter who takes ownership, drives action, and consistently follows through without leadership oversight.
* Highly efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
* Bachelor's degree required. CSM, CAPM, or PMP (or progress toward certification) is a plus.
Compensation for the Project Manager:
* Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000
* flexible based on experience
