Job Summary To provide outstanding guest experiences while supporting the Concierge Manager with oversight of the team.

Serves as the main point of contact for team and client when Concierge Manager is unavailable.
** Estimated total compensation for this position:**$26.45 per hour

Schedule:

40 hours per week, Sunday - Thursday Sun 10:45am-7:15pmMon-Fri- 10:30am-7pm Holiday and evening availability may be required.

Key Responsibilities o Set exemplary service standards and support all property programso Coach and train team members on proper implementation of policies, procedures, and standard so Motivate team to exceed guest expectations while holding them accountableo Maintain professional appearance of designated work spaces with appropriate resourceso Build and maintain relationships with area concierge networks and tourism industry contactso Work with management to execute property initiatives and meet job function goalso Demonstrate strong knowledge of local community, events, and attractionso Greet tenants and visitors professionally throughout the propertyo Enforce visitor protocols and contact tenants for guest authorization as neededo Respond promptly to inquiries and provide guidance to tenants and visitorso Maintain knowledge of building management and security protocolso Report on security issues and team concerns to appropriate partieso Provide coaching to team members and foster a positive team environmento Serve as primary point of contact when Concierge Manager is unavailableo Additional duties as assigned

Experience & Educationo High school diploma or equivalento Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hospitality, high-end retail, or fine diningo Minimum 1 year leadership experience
