For our client, we are seeking a Director Chief Of Staff to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience. You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Compensation

Compensation: $230,400 – $263,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic program development with stakeholders
  • Manage delivery roadmap and cross-tower dependencies
  • Influence and align matrixed stakeholder teams
  • Drive organizational processes for success
  • Enhance brand visibility of strategic initiatives
  • Assess feasibility of new projects and implementation plans
  • Champion innovative ideas, even when unpopular
  • Quickly learn and navigate key organizational topics
  • Drive change and operational excellence
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise stakeholders
  • Exercise strong business judgment and integrity
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open exchange
  • Utilize negotiation and mediation skills effectively
  • Demonstrate meticulous organizational skills and follow-through
  • Handle complex assignments with minimal direction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 7+ years in Project, Process, or Program Management
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • 5+ years in strategy development (preferred)
  • 5+ years in budgeting and labor strategy (preferred)
  • 6+ years driving organizational change and operational excellence (preferred)
  • 3+ years partnering with engineering and product teams (preferred)
