Senior Business Manager – AIML Product Strategy

• Set the destination vision for Capital One’s AI and ML platforms
• Work with AI organization and business leaders to define platform strategy
• Identify desired customer and internal-partner outcomes and required reusable capabilities and services
• Build storylines and materials to roll out the AIML strategy across the company
• Work with lines of business and AIML teams on on-the-ground problem solving
• Shape strategy and continuous delivery and improvement of AI platform capabilities
• Solve critical business problems and support Capital One’s AI strategy
• Influence senior leaders and lead/work alongside a team of strategists

• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 3 years of experience performing quantitative analysis
• At least 3 years of experience performing qualitative analysis
• At least 1 year of experience performing people management
• At least 1 year of experience performing project management

• Preferred:
  Master’s Degree in Business or quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis

• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in people management
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in product development
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in financial modeling
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in economic forecasting
• Preferred: 2+ years of experience in project management

Demonstrates expertise in AI and ML platform strategy, with a strong focus on quantitative and qualitative analysis, project management, and people management. Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive continuous improvement in AI capabilities.
