Risk Manager/Analyst, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
We are seeking a Risk Manager to join the International Regulatory Risk Management team for the Global Payment Network (GPN). In this critical role on the Network Risk Operations team, you will be tasked with driving the evolution of our international regulatory operations, building a highly governed, scalable engine that informs our business trajectory and fuels global expansion. You will support the creation of enabling environments and turn adaptability in the face of global regulations into commercial differentiators.
By centralizing our regulatory engagement models, you will proactively shape markets and position GPN as a preferred partner in the global payments ecosystem.
- Execute international regulatory reporting and complex global exams for the Global Payment Network, including major international audits. Drive post-exam insights into continuous, systemic control enhancements.
- Manage international change management frameworks to comply with shifting international laws, ensuring the network remains agile and fully compliant across borders.
- Participate in country entrance and exits, in line with business strategy.
- Deploy a unified regulatory engagement model for the Global Payment Network, establishing clear operational guardrails and centralized oversight for all international regulatory interactions.
- Coordinate and drive alignment across a globally distributed network of teams.
- Partner with Business, Product, and Technology teams to build enabling environments globally.
- Bachelor's Degree or military experience
- At least 1 year of Financial Services Risk Management experience
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience
- At least 5 years of experience supporting, partnering, and interacting with internal business clients
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience leading cross-functional projects and programs in Risk
- At least 3 years of Financial Services risk management experience
- PMP Certification or Master's Certificate in Project Management (CPM)
- Experience setting direction, managing expectations, and leading cross-functional teams

This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
