Senior Manager, Growth Marketing Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to join the Emerging Payments Marketing team. You will act as a versatile marketing athlete, developing full-funnel channel mix strategies and launching campaigns to drive the adoption of Capital One’s digital payments products, including Paze, Virtual Cards, and digital wallets. By partnering closely with product marketing, marketing analytics, product management, and delivery teams, you will optimize our marketing channel mix, technology, and measurement frameworks to accelerate product awareness and measurable adoption What You’ll Do

  • Marketing channel strategy & optimization:
    Design and optimize a full-funnel program using owned channels (e.g., email, push, in-product) alongside targeted paid, social, and site content to educate and convert cardholders. You will continually evaluate targeting, sequencing and investments while testing into new channels to expand impact.

  • Campaigns & experimentation:
    Partner cross-functionally to execute cross-channel campaigns, leveraging best practices to optimize the conversion funnel. You will propose and implement testing agendas to generate targeting and creative learnings that inform future strategies.

  • Mar Tech leadership:
    Collaborate with the Enterprise Platforms team to pilot and migrate Emerging Payments onto Capital One’s new marketing technology infrastructure. You will also partner with analytics and delivery teams to maximize existing Mar Tech and devise experiments in the short-term.

  • Measurement & analytics:
    Work with product and analytics teams to build a continuous data pipeline connecting offsite, site, and product touchpoints. You will establish a measurement attribution framework with target KPIs and integrate it into existing frameworks for owned channels.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Military Experience.

  • At least 8 years experience in marketing or business and consulting strategy and integrated marketing campaign execution

  • At least 3 years experience working across owned and paid marketing channels and delivering direct response and engagement campaigns

  • At least 3 years of experience overseeing a complex body of results that either includes direct people management, or oversight and ownership of other people’s results.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Growth Marketing experience at a tech company, ideally marketing B2C or B2B2C products

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear messaging for both consumer and business audiences.

  • Highly collaborative working style with the proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive organizational alignment without formal reporting authority.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part‑time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA: $177,700 – $202,800 for Sr. Manager, Brand

New York, NY: $193,800 – $221,200 for Sr. Manager, Brand

Richmond, VA: $161,500 – $184,300 for Sr. Manager, Brand
