Hybrid 3 days onsite in either McLean, VA or Richmond, VA or Chicago, IL
Our client seeks a senior marketing analyst to support brand planning and strategy for the Brex integration within the Business Cards and Payments organization. The contractor will partner with Brand Planning, Brand Insights, and line-of-business stakeholders to shape learning agendas, synthesize insights, guide marketing activation, and maintain progress tracking in a fast-paced environment.

Rate: $35.00 to $40.00/hr. w2
Responsibilities- Provide ongoing project management and execution support for Brex brand planning and integration.
- Support Brand Planning, Brand Insights, and business partners to deliver and manage a research learning agenda that informs marketing planning and activation.
- Facilitate collection of metrics, research results, insights, LOB marketing activity, and marketplace activity to enable progress assessment and investment reprioritization.
- Develop strong working relationships with Brand, BC&P, and Brex partners by understanding goals and success criteria.
- Consult with LOB Marketing and Channel partners on development and refinement of marketing plans and objectives.
- Help define business questions, strategic objectives, and knowledge gaps addressed by the learning agenda.
- Provide strategic thinking throughout integration, connecting implications across Brex and existing business credit card portfolios.
- Support Insights on learning agenda deliverables, including contributions to research briefs and materials.
- Translate insights into business recommendations and influence outcomes through compelling storytelling.
- Work with the Brand Integration Office to maintain status updates and track progress on key deliverables.
- Proven experience partnering with research teams to deliver learning agendas and synthesize data into insights and strategic recommendations.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and adapt to change.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complexity and influence decisions.
- Collaborative approach that balances a clear point of view with active listening.
