Responsibilities
- Drive visibility to brand defining cafes
- Develop and execute large-scale campaigns across multiple channels

- Work across digital, social, and physical channels
- Partner with cross‑functional teams
- Utilize data to deliver impactful results
- Oversee social media to amplify reach and engagement
- Ensure marketing initiatives deliver on intent
- Demonstrate organizational agility
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 4 years of experience in digital or social marketing
- At least 4 years of experience in partnering with creative teams
- At least 4 years of experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing campaigns
- 5+ years of experience in marketing strategy (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience driving creative strategy and marketing testing plans (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment (preferred)
