We’re looking for an experience d communications leader like you who is ready to lead and willing to win for the client and live our mission every day.

Here, you’ll share your expertise to oversee the design, development, and production of a variety of internal and external communication materials and media that supports the Department of Veterans Affairs ( VA ) Identity, Credential, and Access Management ( ICAM ) program.

TheVAICAMprogramrequires communication strategies for effective, accurate, and timely ICAM updates, including through SharePoint, Teams, FAQs, and newsletters, a bi-monthly customer-satisfaction survey program, and communications- met rics reporting such as open rate, click rate, and page views, via the Quarterly ICAM Communications Report.

As a Communications Lead, you own the ICAM transformation communications sub-function, leading communications analysts and spe cia lists, under an Organizational Change Management Lead.

• Develop and execute ICAM transformation communications strategy across SharePoint, Teams, FAQs, and newsletters.
• Own the Quarterly ICAM Communications Report, tracking open rate, click rate, and page-view met rics.
• Develop, roll out, and continuously administer the bi-monthly customer-satisfaction survey.
• Deliver insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Lead and coordinate the work of communications analysts and spe cia lists, standardizing content, templates, and governance for SharePoint or Teams sites.
• Support release-management communications such as scripts, templates, and emails, for service requests during change or migration events, in coordination with the Change Management Analyst.
• Leverage AI intelligently to drive efficiency and quality of output.
• Automate tasks wherever appropriate.
• Develop and consistently use ways of working which allow agents and automated processes to effectively assist.

• 8+ years of experience leading communications, public affairs, or stakeholder e nga gement functions for a large IT or federal program
• Experience developing and executing stakeholder communication strategies and satisfaction survey programs
• Experience managing SharePoint or Teams governance and enterprise communications tooling
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or Marketing

• Experience with federal ICAM, Zero T rus t, or cybersecurity modernization communications programs
• Experience managing a small communications team of analysts or spe cia lists
• Experience using AI agents to build things
