Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our field promotions and marketing research team. This position is ideal for an outgoing, customer-focused individual who enjoys in-person interactions at events, retail locations, and public venues. The successful candidate will support promotional activities, assist in event setup, provide product information to customers, and collect insights that inform our marketing strategies.

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and physically setting up promotional events, booths, and displays.
• Represent the company professionally during in-person marketing campaigns and community outreach activities.
• Engage proactively with customers to provide accurate information about products and services and answer common questions.
• Conduct basic marketing research by administering surveys, conducting brief interviews, and gathering customer feedback on experience and preferences.
• Collect, organize, and submit data and observational notes from promotional activities to the marketing team in a timely manner.
• Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, samples, brochures, coupons, and promotional giveaways.
• Support event coordination tasks including inventory management, signage placement, and liaising with venue staff.
• Monitor customer responses and trends during events and prepare concise reports and recommendations for management.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or related coursework a plus.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking to individuals and small groups.
• Friendly, outgoing, confident, and service-oriented personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing schedules.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and familiarity with mobile survey tools or spreadsheets.
• Willingness to travel locally for events and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Prior customer service, retail, or promotional event experience is beneficial but not required.
