Senior Manager, Special Events

Summary

The Senior Manager, Special Events leads regional experiential marketing strategy and translates enterprise campaigns into locally relevant events, partnerships, and activations. The role drives brand awareness, customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and business growth while managing regional investment and collaborating with regional and corporate leaders.

• Develop and lead regional event and experiential marketing strategies aligned with enterprise campaigns and brand priorities.
• Manage end-to-end event execution, assess business impact, share insights with corporate partners, and oversee the regional investment budget.
• Identify market opportunities and develop localized events, partnerships, sponsor ships, and activations that strengthen customer relationships and business performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the regional event function, including the Event Coordinator, and establish execution standards and process improvements.
• Represent the brand with external partners and community organizations and advise regional leaders on community engagement opportunities.

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 5 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels and work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
