Advancement Operations & Events Coordinator

The National Association of Independent Schools in McLean, Virginia is seeking an organized and proactive Advancement Operations & Logistics Specialist. This position will manage workflows, coordinate event logistics, and support donor engagement processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 2–4 years of relevant experience, and strong organizational skills. Familiarity with independent school environments and CRM/database systems like Raiser’s Edge is preferred.

The role includes coordination support to advancement leadership and helps with various initiatives in fundraising and stewardship.
