• $50 to 55 per hour
• 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions
• 24/7 assistance related to client care
• In home care with private clients

• Conduct comprehensive initial and ongoing client assessments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on client needs and physician orders
• Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and catheter management
• Monitor vital signs and assess changes in client condition, informing the Supervising Nurse and physician as needed
• Document care provided accurately and effectively in electronic medical records
• As directed by the Supervising Nurse, provide guidance and support to LPNs and Home Care Aides
• Service the McLean, Oakton, Vienna, Reston, Falls Church, Herndon, Great Falls areas
• Looking for all visit times (700-1500, , ) weekdays and weekends

• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience, with at least one year in-home care or a related setting preferred
• Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
• Current USA, VIRGINIA RN license in good standing
• Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Check
• Must be able to legally work in the US to apply for this position
• Valid driver’s license is required
