Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - PRN

Overview

Matrix Medical Network is an independent provider of comprehensive health assessments. We serve members across the nation, delivering personalized care at home or in skilled nursing facilities. Provider roles offer competitive compensation and flexible scheduling.

• Conduct adult/geriatric assessments, including medical history, diagnosis, treatment, health education, physician referrals, and case management.
• Administer and order point‑of‑care and laboratory testing as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel.
• Work with the Primary Care Physician on patient education and follow‑up.
• Provide services at the member’s residence, including homes or skilled nursing facilities.

• Flexible scheduling: assessments available Sunday–Saturday, 8 am–7 pm.
• Competitive pay: $90–115 per assessment; $1,800–$11,500 per month based on 20–100 visits.
• Sign‑on bonus for full‑time transitions.

• Onboarding training, preceptor, 1:1 feedback, and continuing education.
• Support for additional state licensure and credentialing.

• Master’s degree or equivalent, and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
• Current NP licensure with prescription authority, or ability to obtain prescriptive authority.
• AANP, AACN, or ANCC board certification in one of the specified specialties.
• Current BLS, ACLS, or CPR certification.
• 1 year of NP experience is preferred; new graduates encouraged.
• Valid state driver’s license and automobile insurance coverage for the state of residence.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with employee health/medical record software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
