The Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) at Inova-Mclean-Surgery-Center is a PRN role on a fast-paced surgical team in McLean, VA. You will assist surgeons during operative procedures and help ensure patient safety throughout the perioperative process.
Requirements include a Virginia RN license (or eligibility), an RNFA program per AORN standards, and BLS/ACLS as required by the ASC. CNOR is highly desired; two years RNFA experience in ASC is preferred.
