Description Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Focus:
Assisted Living / Senior Care. Pay Range:
Full time $31 - $42.
Nurse America is currently seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to support a premier senior living community in McLean, VA. This opportunity is available for both full-time and per-diem schedules, offering flexibility for nurses looking to work consistent shifts or pick up additional hours.
This role is ideal for LPNs who are passionate about providing high-quality care to seniors in an assisted living environment.
Job Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and vital signs
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care staff to coordinate care
- Respond to changes in resident conditions and report concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Support residents with dignity, compassion, and professionalism
Full-Time: 36–40 hours per week
Per-Diem:
Flexible shifts based on availability
Shift options may include:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
Full time roles $31 - $42
