Provides dining service training to new servers 10 Steps of Service.;
Maintains knowledge of Daily and Always Available Menu items and can provide general description to the residents and guests.;
Takes meal and beverage orders and serving requested items.;
Performs dining room checklist inspections for dining room cleanliness and readiness and makes necessary adjustments as appropriate to maintain quality standards.;
Assists in table top inventories maintenance.
