Responsibilities:
Demonstrate strong leadership skills, aligning with company values
Mentor and support team members, providing guidance and training to improve performance and customer service

Share your passion for food and drink through exceptional product knowledge and engaging guest interactions

Qualifications:

3 years of restaurant experience, with 1 year in a leadership-focused role
A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun
A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests
A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship
The ability to legally work in the USA
