Dining Room Server -Trillium Community Restaurant

Position Summary

The Dining Room Server is responsible for providing high-quality meal service with outstanding hospitality to our residents and guests. This role plays an essential part in maintaining a safe, clean, and enjoyable dining atmosphere while upholding our commitment to excellence in resident care.

• Warmly greet and seat residents and guests
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve meals according to established standards
• Ensure timely, friendly, and attentive service
• Maintain clean and organized dining areas using a “clean as you go” approach
• Set up and break down the dining room before and after service
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and infection control procedures
• Assist with special events, themed dinners, and community functions
• Support and mentor new team members as needed
• Uphold high standards of appearance, professionalism, and hospitality
• Attend required in-services and team meetings
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the dining team

• A friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
• A genuine desire to serve seniors with respect and kindness
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
• Dependable and punctual
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus
