Host/front desk associate to be the welcoming face of our showroom. If you love helping people feel comfortable, enjoy a customer-focused environment, and want to be part of a modern retail brand, we’d love to meet you.

Sleepare is a mattress and sleep-accessories showroom featuring top online mattress brands in a relaxed, no-pressure environment. Our mission is to make mattress shopping simple, comfortable, and stress-free.

• Greet all customers warmly as they enter the showroom
• Create a welcoming, professional first impression
• Assist with customer check-ins and appointment confirmations
• Direct guests to the appropriate sales associate or showroom area
• Answer basic questions about the store, brands, and layout
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house area
• Communicate guest flow and needs with the sales team
• Assist with light administrative or support tasks as needed

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stand and interact with customers for extended periods
• Basic comfort with technology (tablets, scheduling systems, etc.)
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
