About The Job

Louis Vuitton Tysons Galleria is seeking an organized, motivated and results oriented Client Care Associate to join its team! A Client Care Associate will be an ambassador of the Brand, with a special and strong emphasis on after sales service. You will ensure that every Client is treated according to the Louis Vuitton Promise. As a Client Care Associate, you will discover your Clients and their every need.

You will guide them by cultivating trusting relationships and making sure they feel cherished, understood and a special part of the Louis Vuitton family. As the voice of Client Services in the store, you will champion all services offered by Louis Vuitton, as well as mentor and coach teams to make the difference with every Client.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure our Clients are updated at all stages of the repair process, contributing to an overall rewarding client experience. You will consistently follow up with clients regarding their items or inquiries, and be creative in exploring options or recommendations that would best suit the client and company. Our Client Care associates master an in-depth knowledge of the Brands technological aspects, processes and procedures.

You will also work as a business partner with the Operations team to define a smooth Back of House process and routine in order to best support the Client Experience.
