Job Overview

As a Fulfillment Colleague, you will play a key role in creating a seamless and personalized shopping experience for our omni‑channel customers. This role combines sales‑floor engagement with back‑of‑house fulfillment responsibilities—selecting merchandise, packing and shipping online orders with care, and assisting with in‑store and curbside pickup. You’ll greet customers with genuine hospitality, resolve issues professionally, and ensure each interaction is smooth and positive.

Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence will help drive sales, strengthen customer loyalty, and support overall store success.

• Begin each day energized, review goals, learn new products and promotions, prepare the store for success.
• Focus on the customer: greet warmly, listen actively, resolve issues, support curbside pickups, and fulfill online orders accurately.
• Maintain a shoppable space: recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, restock merchandise, support merchandise moves.
• Finish strong: share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have everything they need, thank sincerely, and organize the stockroom for the next day.
• Support teammates with honesty, care, and collaboration to better serve customers and communities.

• Engage customers on the sales floor and at checkout, ensuring a positive, helpful interaction.
• Receive, tag, and organize merchandise in the stockroom.
• Select, pack, and ship online orders with accuracy and care.
• Assist with curbside pickup orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
• Recover the shop floor and fitting rooms, update signage, and restock merchandise as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales goals and support store success.

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Effective communication with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Meet daily sales goal challenges and acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
• Resourceful, eager to start new initiatives, and adaptable to changing priorities.

Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands are required. Standing for at least two consecutive hours, lifting at least 30 lbs., stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, reaching—including above eye level—are also required. Frequent use of computers and handheld equipment, cash register, and ability to process register transactions are needed.
