Client Advisor

Summary

Deliver exceptional client service on the retail floor while driving sales and building long-term relationships. Act as a brand ambassador, offering product expertise across categories and creating personalised client experiences. Collaborate with the store team to maintain high standards of presentation and clienteling.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients, identify needs, and deliver tailored product recommendations to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, appointment setting, and personalised service.
• Achieve individual and store KPIs, including sales, conversion, and average transaction value.
• Process transactions accurately, handle client requests, and manage exchanges or returns according to policy.
• Support merchandising and visual standards, ensure stock is replenished and the salesfloor is well presented.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or luxury sales experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets, strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays; able to work on the salesfloor for extended periods.
