Job Summary
Join our team as a Retail Office Supervisor, where you will play a key role in overseeing daily office operations to help our store achieve its sales and profit objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for all transactions.
- Implement company programs and initiatives such as extended warranty sales, in-store signage, and merchandising tagging.
- Provide leadership and motivation to the team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Drive personal sales and extended warranty targets while actively engaging with customers on the sales floor.
- Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring skilled employees.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail office management.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Proven ability to excel in a commission-based sales environment.
- Familiarity with computers, including POS systems and keyboard skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
