- Assist with the daily operations of the Lilly Pulitzer retail store, including sales and safeguarding store assets.
- Provide exceptional client experience and support the sales team by actively focusing on clients.
- Understand and embody the overall concept, lifestyle, client base, merchandise, heritage, core values, and core leadership qualities of Lilly Pulitzer.
- Drive sales goals by delivering outstanding client experience.
- Maintain accuracy in cash transaction management according to operating procedures.
- Open and close the retail store and exercise decision‑making while prioritizing service.
- Resolve client‑related issues promptly or elevate them to store management when necessary.
- Provide continuous feedback to store management on selling opportunities and successes.
- Maintain the Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards set by the Visual and Retail Operations teams.
- Safeguard all store assets.
- Prior supervisory experience in the fashion or retail industry preferred.
- Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and management.
- Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple technology.
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
- Prior knowledge of XStore and Tulip a plus.
- Capability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to remain on feet and maneuver throughout the store during shift hours.
This part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt position is based In‑Store at a Lilly Pulitzer Retail Location. Due to the seasonality of the business, the role may require flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The position will collaborate with others following the company’s Core Values and Core Leadership Qualities and will comply with all Lilly Pulitzer policies and the Code of Conduct outlined in the Employee Handbook.
The role is reviewed annually.
